Collexis’ Darrell W. Gunter Elected to Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Content Board

       

 

 

Wednesday, April 16, 2008 - Darrell W. Gunter, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Collexis Holdings, Inc., (OTCBB: CLXS), a leading developer of high definition search and knowledge discovery software, was recently elected to the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Content Division Board. Gunter is one of twelve executives representing Content Division member companies that have been elected to two-year terms.


SIIA is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry, and its Content Division Board consists of representatives from member companies, who are selected by the membership. This will be Gunter’s second term on the Content board, and as a member his duties will include prioritizing Content Division initiatives, determining projects, activities and events to be
undertaken. In addition to Gunter’s work with SIIA’s Content Board, he also chaired SIIA’s first Global Information Industry Summit held in Amsterdam in 2006 and served as moderator and panelist in other SIIA sponsored events.
