Collexis Grows Client Base While Managing Costs - Sales, marketing and operational improvements increase bottom line

 

 

Wednesday, December 19, 2007 – Collexis announced today that it has signed more than 15 new customer contracts in the past five months, more than twice its new client business in all of 2006.

 

Collexis has made major strides in 2007, transitioning from a company based on core platform development to one that provides a suite of products which extend the core technology into industry solutions.

 

The company’s growth stems from an expansion in offerings and the doubling of the worldwide sales and marketing team in the past year. Collexis continues to gain premier research institutions as clients, including the Mayo Clinic, the National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins University and the University of California at San Francisco, to name a few.
